The Movie Club started in early 2006 with a portable movie screen on the top of a table with about 20 people in the audience. It was called the “$1 MOVIE FESTIVAL.” It has grown through the years to a theatre sized electric screen and averaging over 60 people at each performance. The films shown range from the never seen before features to well known favorites. Many of our attendees are non-members of our Temple who continually come and praise the Bayside Jewish Center for their generosity and hospitality.
The movie is shown on the last Thursday of each month.
